Women in Cardiology
Women cardiologists who are members of the College are invited to attend Women in Cardiology Section events during ACC.09 and i2 Summit. The Women's section will hold its annual meeting where information on current and planned initiatives focused on professional development, mentoring and networking will be available. Female cardiologist members of the College who are interested in joining the Section are also welcome to attend. Following the Section meeting there will be a reception in honor of new female F.A.C.C.s. The reception will provide an opportunity to meet and welcome the College's newest female F.A.C.C.s as well as provide more time for informal networking and discussion.
